Anna
Anna - photographer, artist
I've spent the past decade living in the USA, Turkey, and Portugal, where photography has taught me to find beauty in moments and connect deeply with people.
Drawn to Buddhism since age 14, my third trip to India led me to Dharamshala—a place that instantly felt like home. Passionate about its culture and spirituality, I’m eager to share this world with you, creating unforgettable experiences together.
Arriving to Delhi
Before our main location we will spend one day in Delhi to rest after the long flight and meet each other.
Depending on participant’s energy level we will walk in the Delhi neighborhoods or visit one of local landmarks.
Flight to Dharamshala
Next morning we will be flying to Dharamshala and checking in to the hotel. After everyone get some rest we will have time to walk around the city and watch beautiful sunset from one of the view points.
Daily routine in Dharamshala
We will participate in meditation sessions at local centers and enjoy morning kora walks after a delightful breakfast on our hotel terrace, which offers breathtaking mountain views. Time will also be set aside to journal our thoughts after each meditation session.
Our itinerary includes visits to significant sites such as the Norbulingka Tibetan Institute of Arts and Culture, the Dalai Lama Temple, the Kalachakra Temple, Gyuto Monastery, Dolma Ling Nunnery, and more. After these activities, we’ll have the opportunity to unwind with a yoga session at a studio near our hotel, followed by a lovely dinner at local cafes.
Healing
We will begin the trip by visiting Tibetan doctors, who will prescribe traditional herbal medicines and recommend treatments. These treatments can be scheduled during our stay in Dharamshala. Upon request, we can also arrange an appointment with an Ayurvedic doctor.
Reconnection with Nature
We will have one short hike to the Gallu waterfall and one day long hike to famous Triund track where we will have time to relax.
Rest Days
Everyone will have their own time to wonder around local shops, schedule Tibetan massage or Ayurvedic treatments. We will have an opportunity to volunteer at non-profit organization focused on tibetan social work.
